So not this time

It's been a busy week despite the lack of good news.  Pixie's xray showed no puppies.  Yes, quite disappointing on many levels so we'll try again next time.  These pics were taken on "whelping day" yesterday. 

The busy part has been dealing with the influx of rescues this week - never good but it's been so quiet lately it was bound to happen. I'm picking one up for a foster home tomorrow and trying to find a foster home for another.  Why did I take this back up?

Hmmmmm....7 weeks?

So I don't think this looks promising and I'll know more next week.  I'm not so happy or hopeful today.

6 weeks now

So the time is *slowly* ticking by.  She isn't any better about taking the pictures....Bad Girl .  Her eating is consistently a little slow in the am but she still likes the powder goo that she is getting.  We went for a run this am which she enjoyed greatly.  Me remember to bring a camera?  Never!

We're at 5 weeks

She doesn't look that different to me from last week in these pictures.  But I'm also obsessing and now I'm trying to just not look at her. She is broader across the loin and ribs which doesn't show up here.  She is actually fuller around the middle. 

I hate waiting.
